The perfect way to protect ears on a cold day:

Updated: Mar 4, 2021

HEADBANDS

This headband was specially designed with the intention to protect ears from the cold weather and wind; as I was making the first prototype I decided to add a pocket big enough to fit a credit card, drivers license, money or car keys as a trial since lots of leggings and shorts don't have a place to carry those small items; as I was running with the prototype I felt pretty happy because the headband stayed nicely in place during my run and even with a bulky car key inside it was still super comfortable to wear. Another good thing about wearing a headband that covers the ears is that it helps holding earplugs, both the ones with wire or wireless stay beautifully in place under the headband and you can listen to music without disruption.

Listening to music while exercising is a great way to destress and relax, time goes by fast and your workout is much more enjoyable and effective, if you love listening to music during outdoor activities you might want to take a look at some earplugs that I have and really like and recommend:

The Bose I have is the Sound Sport Wireless, they have a high quality sound, are sweat resistant, small and easy to use, just make sure the volume is not too high allowing you to still be aware of your surroundings;

My Aftershokz is the Titanium Bone Conduction Wireless, they also have a high quality sound and a bone induction technology that allows perfect awareness of the surroundings independent of the volume, they are easy to use and the battery last for many hours.

There are many other options, the Aftershokz brand launched some new models lighter than mine and they also have the mini version for smaller heads, worth take a look if you never tried one before.
